Beer Tap Bar

We recently had the opportunity to complete an exciting project for a beer tap bar. Our expertise in sheet metal fabrication allowed us to transform the client's vision into a stunning reality, creating a custom bar that perfectly showcased their selection of craft beers.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, we worked closely with the client to understand their specific requirements and design preferences. Our team of skilled designers and engineers collaborated closely with the client, creating detailed renderings and 3D models that brought the concept to life.

The fabrication process involved utilising our equipment and techniques to shape and mold the metal sheets into the desired components. We used precision laser cutting and CNC machining to ensure accurate and seamless cuts, resulting in clean lines and precise fits.To ensure the bar's durability and longevity, we utilised high-quality sheet metals known for their strength and resistance to corrosion. These materials not only provided structural integrity but also allowed for customization in terms of finishes and colours.

In addition to the bar structure, we also designed and fabricated metal chairs and a platform. Each piece was carefully crafted to meet the client's specifications and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the bar.

Our attention to detail extended to the finishing touches. We employed advanced powder coating techniques to achieve a smooth, durable, and visually appealing finish. This coating not only enhanced the bar's appearance but also protected the metal surfaces from scratches and wear.

Once the fabrication and finishing processes were complete, our skilled installation team meticulously assembled and installed the bar at the client's premises. We ensured that every component fit seamlessly together, resulting in a polished and professional end result.
